1. Zero-Tolerance Standard:
  • SavoRide enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy prohibiting the use, possession, influence, or impairment by alcohol, illegal drugs, controlled substances, or impairing medications while a driver is logged into the SavoRide platform.
  • This applies during all phases of TNC activity, including:
    • Logged-in but waiting for a ride request
    • En route to pick up a passenger
    • Transporting a passenger
2. Reporting Procedures:
  • Riders or members of the public may report suspected impairment by contacting SavoRide Support at support@savoride.com.
  • Reports may also be submitted directly to STATE REGULATOR as required by state law.
3. Investigation Process:
  • Upon receiving an impairment complaint, SavoRide will immediately suspend the driver pending investigation.
  • SavoRide will document all steps taken and cooperate with STATE REGULATOR if required.
4. Consequences of Violations:
  • Verified impairment or refusal to comply with investigation procedures will result in permanent driver deactivation.
  • Violations may be reported to STATE REGULATOR in accordance with TNC statutes.
5. Compliance Acknowledgment:
  • All drivers who register via the SavoRide driver portal expressly acknowledge and consent to this policy electronically upon account activation and on an annual basis thereafter.
